JURGEN KLOPP has disclosed how he informed Ulla, his wife, that he was moving on from Liverpool.
The Reds manager made the announcement on Friday that he will leave the position at the end of the current campaign.

After eight and a half years and seven major titles won thus far, including the Premier League and Champions League, his time at Anfield will come to an end.
In a tearful interview, Klopp talked about telling his wife the news and even made a hint about his upcoming managerial position.
When he first decided to sign a contract extension with the club in 2022, Ulla had a significant influence on his decision.
The 56-year-old clarified, saying, “I tried to explain everything already; I had to give Ulla a good explanation.
“I attempted to explain it by saying that even if I drive a decent sports car that can still reach speeds of 160, 170, and 180 mph, only I can see that the tank meter is getting down.
“You go for as long as we have to go since the outside world doesn’t see it, which is fine, but after that you need a break. You have to visit the gas station in this situation.
“That’s exactly what I know I have to do, but nobody has to worry until the end of this season, I know that I will be fine until then.”
He went on, “I had to explain it, of course I had to,” in response to her response. It wasn’t a “Oh, thank God” moment. You must not be misinformed. Not at all.

What I am certain of is that I will never, ever manage a club in England other than Liverpool. That isn’t achievable.”I have an excessive amount of affection and respect for the folks in this club. I was unable to. For a split second, I was unable to consider it. There’s not a chance. We feel like we belong here, we are a member of the family, here is where we live. That is not possible to accomplish.”But will I ever work again, everyone else? Knowing myself, of course, I can’t just sit around. I might look for something else to do.”However, I refuse to govern a country or a club for a minimum of a year; I am unable and unwilling to do so. That is all.
