Furnell-Gill clashed with Manchester United’s Ethan Wheatley during their Under-18 Premier League encounter on January 30.

Footage of the incident went viral on social media after being captured on camera during the match at United’s Carrington base.

The FA later charged Furnell-Gill with misconduct after the video evidence backed up the allegations of violent conduct.

He is now serving a three-match ban, having already missed Liverpool under-18s’ last four fixtures.

The Reds went on to lose the heated clash with United 4-3.

During the match, Furnell-Gill was seen throwing a punch at Wheatley as he chased another Liverpool player.
