Apart from a tennis court and an infinity pool, the chic property also features a miniature five-hole golf course on its grounds.
PLM Sales, the estate agent, has requested a price upon application. The opulent 35-acre site was once estimated to be worth more than £3 million.
The magnificent estate was transformed from a farm by United legend Neville in 1999, the year the Red Devils won the triple crown.
Part of the house is known as the Beckham Suite, as former team-mate David, 45, lived there for a year when his wife Victoria, 46, was away.
Neville has since revealed that while Becks was staying with him, the former England captain would do all the cooking.
He told the Guardian in 2014: “He’d make food for me all the time.
“Stir-fries with noodles and vegetables and pasta dishes with sauces – a lot of pasta.”

The master bedroom has its own special steam room
Neville left the Bolton home in 2003, but he still owns the land close by where he infamously attempted to construct his eco-house in the manner of a Teletubby.
However, the presence of two wooden carved lions on the stairway with the United and England crests serves as a reminder to potential buyers of the well-known previous owner.
The 9,900-square-foot house has an integrated sound system and music, and residents may talk to each other in separate rooms via an intercom.
It also features a lavishly designed entertainment room complete with a £60,000 bar, disco strobe lighting, and a six-foot projection screen.
With a CCTV system that is remotely monitored, all of the windows are bulletproof, and the elegant infinity pool can accommodate up to eight people.
Every bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, while the master has a separate steam room.
And the plush gardens have their very own golf course and tennis court.
SunSport revealed last year that Neville was offering his hotel penthouse for rent – at a staggering £25,000 per month.
