Initially, it was rumoured that he was looking to purchase in the Andratx area but in the end he went for Santa Ponsa, buying a home which is within walking distance of the Mallorca Country Club.

The house is on 5,000 square metres of land and has a swimming pool and well-kept grounds. The living area is 537 square metres and is built around a central courtyard. There are 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Guests have their own room.

Jürgen Klopp recently received the keys to his brand-new house in Mallorca. With a broad view of the Serra de Tramuntana, it faces south. The Santa Ponca Golf Club is not far from the house. In April of last year, Klopp was asked to choose which Spanish team he would like to lead. And the coach wanted to honour the island he loves so much. He has been there every summer since he stayed at the Son Vida hotel with Borussia Dortmund in 2010.
