After meeting up with Bruno Fernandes, a star for Manchester United, DAVID DE GEA made fun of their old teammate.

Since his 12-year Old Trafford contract expired last summer, the jobless goalkeeper has been without a team.

When De Gea was back in Manchester, he spent time with his former friend Fernandes.

The pair crossed their arms and sat for pictures before the Spaniard put his hand around the Red Devils skipper.

De Gea posted the pictures to social media with the remark, “Dumb and Dumber.”

Then Fernandes made the amusing remark, “Is missing the biggest dumbest Juan Mata.”

The former midfielder for Chelsea and Manchester United responded with a GIF from the Dumb and Dumber film after being called out.

According to rumors, Saudi Arabian teams, Barcelona, and Nottingham Forest have all made approaches to De Gea, who has been linked to a comeback to football.

The 33-year-old is still a free agent, though, as none of these plans have come to pass.

Taking vacations with his 38-year-old wife and singer Edurne and their 3-year-old daughter Yanay, De Gea has been relishing his time off from the field.

He has also occasionally hung out with his former Manchester United teammates.

In October of last year, De Gea had supper with Tom Heaton, Victor Lindelof, Raphael Varane, and Fernandes.
