Two generations of Uruguayan strikers in Nike’s official design for La Celeste.
If you pay attention, Luis Suárez acted quite subtly with his junior Darwin Núñez when he raised his hand to cover the number 1, revealing the number 9 to imply “This will be the new number 9, the future of the Uruguay team.”
Nike clearly couldn’t create a better design for Uruguay because to the short notice. But this shirt is fine, especially in comparison to the Nike Strike draft shirt that was just utilized.
Copa América 2024 will see the premiere of new jerseys for Suarez, Nunez, and colleagues.
