More fathers could take a cue from Mo Salah, who celebrated his daughter’s fifth birthday by dressing up like Maui from the Disney film Moana.

The forward for Liverpool uploaded a photo of himself on Instagram that resembled the 2016 animated figure.

“I, Maui, bring to you Moana!” Salah captioned the photo. Happy birthday, my princess.

The Egyptian is dressed in a leaf skirt and a neck garland made of green Hawaiian flowers as part of his attempts. Is Disney doing well?Another image that was released showed Salah giving his daughter a birthday cake with balloons were in the background.

 

Liverpool fans are eager to see the 26-year-old in action this weekend when they play Manchester United.

Before their game at Old Trafford on Sunday, Anfield supporters were encouraged to learn that David De Gea and Paul Pogba would not be participating.

De Gea hobbled off the field after Friday night’s Spain vs. Sweden Euro 2020 qualifying match, and Pogba is still healing from an ankle injury he sustained during last month’s draw with Arsenal.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer stated to Sky Sports: “I believe David will be out as he needs a scan.”

It’s just one of those things, and based on what I saw last night, it certainly appeared to be one.

“Paul was hurt, bounced back, and worked really hard.

“When he came back and took part in a couple of games, he might have played through his pain.

“He may need a few weeks off in a boot after the Arsenal game, so hopefully he won’t be too long, but he won’t make this game, no.”
