English striker Jadon Sancho has moved to Chelsea on the final day of the 2024 summer transfer window. Sancho left MU on loan but this will be an official move to Chelsea.

According to sources, MU has agreed to loan Sancho to Chelsea this season on the condition that next season Sancho will become a Chelsea player for £25 million, a mandatory clause. Sancho will then sign a long-term contract with Chelsea.

Sancho spent three years at United but failed to achieve success before falling out with coach Erik Ten Hag. Last season, the player was isolated from the main United squad before being loaned to Dortmund in the second half of the season, scoring three goals in 21 games.

Because Sancho joined Chelsea so late, he will not be able to be registered when Chelsea meet Crystal Palace this weekend in round 3 of the Premier League .
