MANCHESTER UNITED forward Antony has got engaged to childhood sweetheart Rosilene Silva.

The Red Devils winger, 24, made it a lavish proposal as he laid out roses and a red carpet with candles leading to a heart-shaped flower arrangement.

Behind it read the words “Casa Comigo?” which translates to “Marry Me?”

Fortunately for the Man Utd man Rosilene said yes as he planted a kiss on the cheek of his fiancee.

And they shared three pictures of the proposal on Instagram as they prepare to tie the knot after having two children together.

Alongside the images, Rosilene added the caption: “What God has in store for us is far more than we can imagine… ❤️💍🙏🏻”

Rosilene and Antony met when they were just teenagers.

It is believed the pair met during their time at school in Sao Paulo.

As Antony began to rise through the youth teams, their romance blossomed.

Antony’s personal celebration comes amid turmoil in his Man Utd career.

Since joining Manchester United for £85.5 million from Ajax in 2022, he has only managed to score 11 goals and contribute five assists in 83 appearances.

He has only made one substitute appearance this season, in a 2-1 loss to Brighton.

Antony was rumored to be joining Fenerbahce before the Turkish transfer window closed on Friday, but it now looks like he will stay with the Red Devils.
