But being a Dragon is just the result of over 10 years of astute choices that have brought in tens of millions of pounds annually for his portfolio of businesses.

In his early 20s, Neville began his career in real estate development, and today he runs a chain of townhouses and hotels.

A number of hotels and development projects are among of his prized possessions.

Among his assets are the magnificent Stock Exchange Hotel close to Piccadilly Gardens and Hotel Football, an opulent hotel with a view of Old Trafford.

He is also part of the £120million St Michael’s Project, which aims to build apartments, hotels, offices and a high-end restaurant in the city centre.

However, the 48-year-old’s business stakes do not end there.

Alongside his wife, Neville co-owns Relentless Group, Michelin-star restaurant

League Two side Salford City are perhaps his most famous investment alongside fellow members of the Class of 92′.

He founded “Relentless” – an investment company who specialise in ventures around the Manchester area – in 2015, while also running property and construction consultancy firm “Zerum”.

His use of the name “Relentless” has a particular affinity with Neville.

Writing on his website, he said: “‘Relentless’ is my favourite word and sums up my approach to life, business, everything really.”

He adds these vision and values “are embedded within the fabric of everything that we do”.

Neville even has his fingers in show production, co-founding Buzz 16 in 2017.

The Overlap, Class of 92 Full Time, Soccerbox, and other programs have given the firm credit.

He reportedly received £200 million in February in exchange for selling the bulk of his business.

He was a well-known investor in E3 Creative, a digital creative firm that specializes in online marketing and corporate strategy, prior to his departure from the company in 2019.

Neville started University Academy 92, an institution of higher learning, and experimented with hospitality management via GG Hospitality.

As of August of last year, the institution, which opens in September 2019, has 400 registered pupils.

It offers “broader courses than traditional degrees”.
