During Hungary’s match against the Netherlands in the UEFA Nations League, Liverpool midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai showed compassion and leadership.

In order to provide support during the tough situation, comrade Adam Szalai gathered his teammates into a huddle as soon as he unexpectedly collapsed on the bench.

Around the seventh minute, the game was momentarily stopped when medical personnel raced to Szalai’s aid. Szoboszlai, who was clearly scared, supported his teammate.

The Hungarian Football Association reports that Szalai is conscious and in stable health. He was taken to a hospital in Amsterdam for more testing.
