At Real Madrid City, Courtois was there for the end of the team’s first training practice of the week. Carlo Ancelotti’s available players worked with a number of former youth academy stars. Warm-ups, exercises that move the ball around, and intense pressing drills made up most of the routine. A smaller field was used for a few games to end the practice.

Rodrygo, Tchouameni, Alaba, Lucas Vázquez, and Carvajal all stuck to their goals to get better. The last three players each had a short practice run on the field by themselves. Real Madrid will play Leganés at the Municipal de Butarque ground on Sunday at 6:30 pm CET.
