At 9.30 p.m., Solskjaer was seen making his way back to the hotel in the city center when he was stopped by a supporter who had been waiting for the Norwegian with patience.

The fan braved frigid temperatures to catch a sight of the former Old Trafford manager, and Solskjaer walked over right away for a brief conversation.

The supporter then gave the 45-year-old a bag from Patisserie Valerie, a renowned cafe that specializes in sweets, as a sweet surprise.
