Before Al Nassr’s matchup with Qatari team Al Gharafa in the Asian Champions League, Cristiano Ronaldo has reconnected with Joselu.

Before the game started, the two also had a nice conversation.

Many people might be surprised to learn that Joselu and Cristiano Ronaldo played together at Real Madrid, albeit for just six minutes during the Whites’ 8-1 victory over Almeria in the 2010–11 La Liga. The renowned Portuguese helped Joselu score his first goal for the team that evening.

Joselu departed Real Madrid for Hoffenheim the following year, and it wasn’t until twelve years later that he returned to the Santiago Bernabeu to create history.
