Jude Bellingham  scooped an award at the latest edition of the Premios AFE (Spanish Footballers Association), held at Madrid’s Plaza de Las Ventas.  The English central midfielder was named LaLiga Player of the Season 2023/2024, having hit  19 goals and made 5 assists in his 28 appearances for Real Madrid.After picking up the prize awarded by votes from players, Bellingham said: “Thanks for voting for me as AFE player of the season, I’m very proud.”

The right-back was recognised as an “exemplary player and a model to look up to for new generations.”

Dani Carvajal has received the AFE Values Awardat the ceremony held at the Plaza de Las Toros de Las Ventas. The Spanish Footballers Association has presented the madridista with the accolade for being “the epitome of the values of sport, an exemplary player and a model to look up to for new generations.” Last season, Carvajal won the Champions League, LaLiga and the Spanish Super Cup with Real Madrid, and the Euros with the Spanish National Team.After picking up the prize, our player commented: “Thanks for coming, because it’s really tough for me to get to any gala with my knee at the moment. I’m thrilled to receive this award, for the values I try to transmit both on and off the pitch. I’ve been following the AFE for many years and I try and do my bit from the position I hold.
