Inter Miami are reportedly interested in a star who is no longer in contention at Man City.
According to the Mirror, Inter Miami are said to be prioritizing the signing of Kevin de Bruyne from Man City and plan to open negotiations with him in January. The Belgian midfielder has only 6 months left on his contract with the Etihad team, so he can negotiate and sign a contract with another team.
After a disappointing MLS Cup playoff exit, Inter Miami are looking to bolster their squad for next season, and De Bruyne is the perfect choice to create space for captain Lionel Messi. However, the Herons will face stiff competition if they want to sign De Bruyne, with the Saudi Pro League giants also keen on the talented midfielder.

Alongside De Bruyne, Inter Miami are also said to be keeping a close eye on Mohamed Salah , another Premier League star. The Egyptian is also entering the final six months of his Liverpool contract, and his future has been a major question mark in recent times.
As for De Bruyne, the Belgian joined Man City in the summer of 2015 and quickly became an important factor in Pep Guardiola’s star-studded squad. To date, he has played 394 matches for The Citizens in all competitions, scoring 104 goals and 171 assists, thereby bringing the team 14 titles, notably 6 Premier League titles and 1 Champions League.

De Bruyne has been limited in appearances this season due to various injuries, but has still shown his influence on the team’s play. Recently, the Belgian midfielder contributed a goal and an assist in the victory over Nottingham Forest , thereby ending a streak of 4 consecutive defeats in the Premier League and 7 matches without a win in all competitions.
In the immediate future, the former Wolfsburg star and his teammates will look forward to the away match at Crystal Palace in round 15 of the Premier League, and this match will take place at 10:00 p.m. tomorrow night (December 7).
