The Argentine beauty accompanied the 26-year-old defender to England when he finalized his transfer from Ajax last summer.

The pair has also been known to frequently visit Don Giovanni, a classy Italian restaurant in Manchester.

Since then, they have been seen in the town again, this time in a jewelry store.

Wearing a leather coat and a blue puffer jacket, Martinez’s girlfriend emerged from the store carrying a branded bag.

The pair, who have a French bulldog named Polo, started dating at the age of 14.

She has helped him at Newell’s Old Boys, Ajax, and now Old Trafford during his rapid rise.

She also likes attending carnivals and, when she can, dressing up in unusual costumes.
