On his back, Antony, a former Manchester United player, has a large tattoo of himself celebrating scoring goals for Ajax. Fans are upset about this.

A photo of the 24-year-old Brazilian winger receiving the tattoo was shared on Instagram by tattoo artist Bruno Lopes.

He won the Eredivisie in 2022 after scoring a late goal against Feyenoord.He is shown celebrating in this photo.

Erik ten Hag’s Ajax team won the title by defeating Manchester United by two points, and that goal proved crucial to their victory.

In the summer of 2015, Antony moved from Ajax to Manchester United for £85.5 million, and Ten Hag joined the team.

However, his strong start to the season was spoiled by off-field allegations.

He hasn’t done well since. Only three goals and one assist have come from him in 38 appearances, and only one of those goals was in the Premier League.

When he was switched to left back in the loss to Arsenal, he threw another tantrum, which was witnessed against Liverpool.

When images of Antony having his tattoo appeared on Instagram, people who were upset with him immediately went into the comments section.

“More tattoos than good games,” remarked a fan who shared the images on social media.

“Man got himself a tattoo,” Sixth remarked.

“Who has their face tattooed on them?” jokingly said another. with emojis of laughter.

“No passion for football at all; would rather draw tattoos than play football and be focused on your upcoming games,” read one of the worst remarks.

“It’s unbelievable that Manchester United has players like this; this is the greatest thing ever.”

The attacker’s back is covered in tattoos that Lopes did. Lopes’s early years spent in impoverished Brazilian favelas are commemorated by the tattoos.

The tattoo acknowledges that by depicting him celebrating his Ajax goal while gazing out over what appears to be his former home.
