Arsenal center-back Oleksandr Zinchenko and his wife, Vlada Sedan, welcomed their second child, a girl, on Wednesday. This new addition makes Zinchenko a father for the second time, following the birth of their daughter, Eva, in August 2020, a year after their marriage.
Later that evening, the happy couple shared a heartfelt photo of their “princess” on Instagram to announce the joyful news. They had also held a gender reveal party for their second child earlier that day.
Vlada Sedan, a sports reporter, wrote under her post: “Welcome to this world, our princess ❏02.08.2023.”
The timing of their new arrival is noteworthy, as the couple’s second child is due just days before the Game4Ukraine charity football match. Zinchenko is organizing this event to raise funds for his foundation and United24, a website he created to assist Ukraine following the Russian invasion in 2022.
Zinchenko is set to participate in the charity match on August 5, alongside Andriy Shevchenko, the former striker for Chelsea and AC Milan.
