Following an outstanding start to the winger’s loan stint at Real Betis, Juventus has entered the running to buy Antony from Manchester United.

After being judged surplus to requirements at Old Trafford, Antony signed a loan deal with the Spanish team last month.

He has had an instant effect on Betis after not starting a Premier League game during the first half of the season. In his first three La Liga games, the Brazil international has scored twice and assisted.

According to Spanish publication Fichajes, Italy is interested in his form. Juventus is keeping a careful eye on his play in anticipation of a possible summer move to permanently sign the 24-year-old.

The demands made by Manchester United for a player that originally cost £82 million from Ajax in 2022 are unknown. He had a rough time in the Premier League and only managed five goals in 62 league games for the Red Devils, even though he reunited with old Ajax boss Erik ten Hag.
