Özil’s trainer has shared multiple clips of him hard at work, with the 35-year-old performing a variety of exercises from push-ups to bicep curls. The former midfielder flexed his biceps on a cable machine and lifted dumbbells to enhance his muscles.

In another Instagram post, Özil displayed his six-pack while smiling at the camera. Fans were thrilled with his transformation and suggested he should come out of retirement.
