The couple went Instagram official last summer after dancer Helene embraced him on the pitch following the Gunners’ final game of the 2022/23 Premier League campaign.

Helene cuddled the puppy tightly in one of the Instagram pictures.

Odegaard was also snapped with the puppy sat on his lap.

The Arsenal man also enjoyed a bike ride through a park.

In June, they then shared a number of pictures together including them sunbathing and in the Emirates tunnel.

However, Odegaard has shared very few snaps of the couple together since then.

But Helene did post a series of images on Tuesday as they cosied up with a cute puppy.

One showed the pair holding the dog as they gave it some attention, with Odegaard and Helene also seen posing alone with the puppy.

The Norwegian midfielder was also snapped sitting on a bike in a park.

Spilling, 27, is two years older than Odegaard, 25, and it is unknown just how long the pair have been dating.

Helene is a dancer who has featured on “Skal vi Danse,” Norway’s version of Strictly Come Dancing.

She won the competition in 2021.

Helene currently has 135,000 followers on Instagram, regularly posting her dancing skills and pictures of herself enjoying life.

Meanwhile, Odegaard is enjoying life on the pitch after Arsenal claimed yet another convincing victory at the weekend.

They are just two points adrift of table toppers Liverpool and one behind Manchester City.

Odegaard and Helene went public with their relationship last summer.

They do not share many pictures together.
