Wayne Rooney is returning home to England with his family – and will live in his £20m ‘Morrisons mansion’ which boasts a full-sized football pitch, two fishing lakes, a cinema and a swimming pool😍

Wayne Roney and his family are going back to England, where they will reside in their £20 million “Morrisons mansion,” which features a full-size football field, two fishing lakes, a movie theater, and a swimming pool.

The legendary player from Manchester United and England was just announced as Birmingham City’s next manager, taking John Eustace’s place at St Andrews.

In 2021, Wayne, Coleen, and the other members of the Rooney family moved into their ideal house.

During building, their £20 million property in Cheshire was known as the “Morrisons mansion.”

The home features two fishing lakes, a movie theater, and a swimming pool on an expansive 40-acre plot of land.

It is estimated that Rooney paid a Cheshire real estate developer more than £4 million to construct the guarded residence.

While his wife Coleen and their four sons, Kai, Klay, Kit, and Cass, stayed in England, he had been residing in Washington with his coaching staff.

He will, however, receive all the support he requires from his family after joining the Blues, who are supported by Tom Brady, when he returns home to live with them full-time at their opulent Cheshire house.

Rooney, 37, and Coleen, 37, have a substantial real estate holding that includes residences in Florida, the United States, the Caribbean, and the United Kingdom.

Their lavish six-bedroom home, which costs £20 million and is situated on a 40-acre plot of property, is the crown jewel.

The family moved into the newly constructed home in December 2021.

It is known as High Lake Manor and is supposedly situated in Cheshire.

In theory, Rooney and his companion might even be referred to as the lord and lady of the manor.

We disclosed during its construction that a full-size football field, replete with a seating area, was erected on the property by United’s all-time best scorer.

His mansion’s remote location prevented him from installing floodlights, but the five-a-side field even has shower-equipped changing facilities for his teammates.

In addition, he has two artificial fishing lakes, a movie theater, a swimming pool, and a garage for his collection of cars.

It is believed that Rooney is an avid fisherman.

The house’s size and construction had previously led to neighbors making fun of it for resembling a Morrisons supermarket.

In contrast to a Morrisons, it now has a wine cellar, a TV room, a snooker room, a bar, and an orangery.

The opulent Rooney pad also features “his” and “hers” changing rooms, a hot tub, a plunge pool, a steam room, and a large indoor pool encircled by a glass pavilion.

It also has a large terrace, beautifully planted gardens, and a luxurious vehicle garage.

It is estimated that Rooney paid a Cheshire real estate developer more than £4 million to construct the mansion, which also features separate elevators and a guest bathroom.

The basement floor, which has a large gym, pool, Jacuzzi, and movie theater, is also connected to the main area by that second elevator.

After thieves attempted to break into Rooney’s Cheshire home in 2016 and police intervened, they decided to construct their ideal home.

The former striker was raised in a Liverpool council home, but he has demonstrated his real estate acumen by renting out his expansive Barbados villa for £25,000 per week.

In 2007, he spent £450,000 on a separate house in Liverpool for his parents and £320,000 on a waterfront apartment in the Sunshine State of Florida.

After dating at the age of 16, he and Coleen, who are estimated to be worth over £115 million, now own houses all over the world.

Before making a big-money move to Manchester United, Rooney excelled for England at Euro 2004 after rising through the ranks at his boyhood club, Everton, as a teenager.

He went on to win the Premier League and the Champions League five times under Sir Alex Ferguson.

Rooney became the record goalscorer for both club and country, surpassing Sir Bobby Charlton’s record for both United and England, which is currently being exceeded by Harry Kane.

Before joining DC United in the MLS, he made an emotional comeback to Everton in 2017 and ended the season as their leading scorer. In an unexpected transfer, the then-veteran scored 23 goals in 48 games for the American team before returning to England to play for Derby County in the Championship in 2020–21.

While managing DC United, Rooney has been living apart from his family in America.

The estate features a swimming pool, a movie theater, and a garage for his collection of automobiles.

When this photograph surfaced during development, the £20 million property was dubbed a “Morrisons mansion.”
