Manchester United has taken notice of Jadon Sancho, who claimed on social media that Nando’s PERi-PERi sauce was named in his honor.

The most recent reason Jadon Sancho has made headlines is for a completely different cause than the innumerable times that the news has focused on the player’s alleged transfer to Manchester United. In collaboration with Nike and the popular restaurant chain Nando’s, the potential Manchester United transfer candidate developed his own PERi-PERi spicy sauce. Sancho recently revealed several new Nike projects, one of which being the release of his sauce. Along with the sporting business, he has also praised the impending shoe and shirt debuts.
The Borussia Dortmund player used social media to promote the release of his PERi-PERi hot sauce. Some of Jadon Sancho’s favorite flavors and spices from off the field are combined in the “Sancho Sauce,” a sauce made especially for him. The Jadon Sancho Nando’s sauce is described as the “ultimate Medium PERi-PERi sauce with smoky undertones of BBQ and pineapple” on the restaurant’s website.
Since Jadon Sancho’s PERi-PERi sauce cannot be purchased, fans must “Show their Sauce” for a chance to win a unique bottle. The “Show Your Sauce” challenge asks fans to record themselves performing at their highest level.
The “Show Your Sauce” competition will start on August 25 and end on September 7, when Jadon Sancho will announce the winner. Before the release of the limited-edition Jadon Sancho PERi-PERi sauce, the football player was endorsing new Nike footwear with the words “Sancho Sauce” prominently displayed on them. Jadon Sancho debuted his new shoes on social media and shared pictures of them there for the upcoming season. In honor of his previous cage football days, most of the Nike shoes are blue. The SE11 Sancho Collection from the winger’s internet ads mentions the limited-edition Jadon Sancho Nando’s sauce.
