Nikola Jokić is enjoying a break after his NBA MVP season, and his destinations are his hometown of Sombor, Montenegro and Italy.
After an exhausting year in the NBA, Jokić “cut the ice” and said that he would not help the national team in the Olympic qualifiers, and decided to dedicate himself to rest and spending time with friends.
Jokić practically jumped out of the plane into a single-seater and showed that he would spend most of his time with horses at first.
He followed horse races throughout Serbia, in Sombor, Požarevac, Pančevo and other places, after which he went to Montenegro and the Piva Nature Park, enjoyed brandy with his brother Strahinja, and stayed at Trnovačko Lake, which can be reached after a two-hour hike, from the direction of Bosnia and Herzegovina because the part on the Montenegrin side is inaccessible.
He and members of the Jahorina mountaineering society from Pale decided to go on this expedition, which became clear when a photo of Jokić drinking brandy was published on their profile.

The “Dream Catcher” stable owned by him was suspended for half a year from participating in races organized by the Bačka Equestrian Club.
This decision was made due to incidents involving people from the “Dream Catcher” stable, who did not like the judge’s decision to move Amy Del Duomo’s horse to third place.
They physically attacked an official in the honor stand of the Subotica hippodrome, so the ban on participation applies to all horses from the “Dream Catcher” stable, which is named after the first horse Jokić bought.
After Montenegro, he “jumped” to Italy, where locals in Ferrara, a city to the north of “Čizma”, saw him socializing with the locals.
