Marcus Rashford returned to Aston Villa after playing for England on international duty with the goal of adding an extra “one per cent” to his game.
Last week, England defeated Albania in their first match under new manager Thomas Tuchel, and the attacker made his first England appearance in a year. He then started again when England defeated Latvia. He is working out alone in the gym in preparation for Aston Villa’s FA Cup matchup with Preston this weekend.
“The extra 1%” was the caption for the 27-year-old’s Instagram photos of his training regimen.
He uploaded a photo of himself on a training field as well.

Since joining Villa on loan from Manchester United in January, Rashford has had a comeback, contributing four assists to their winning streak of six games prior to the international break.
When Villa plays Preston on Sunday, the winger will be hoping to lead the team to the FA Cup semi-finals.
