Cristiano Jr. helped Portugal’s under-15 team win the Vlatko Markovic tournament in Croatia, earning him his first-ever international trophy.
He made a significant impact against Croatia U15 in the final, despite just making three appearances for the Portugal under-15 squad since his recent call-up.
Following in the footsteps of his father, Cristiano Ronaldo, Cristiano Jr. started for his team as a left-wing star.
He then scored two goals for Portugal’s under-15 team in the first half, including a header in the 43rd minute and a left-footed finish in the 13th.
Portugal U15 was motivated to fight the hosts after Cristiano Jr. gave them a 2-1 lead in the first half.
Although he was replaced in the 54th minute, his teammates managed to complete the task and win the trophy.
Cristiano Jr. was also able to snap a photo of the trophy in his bed as he was falling asleep after the game.
The top clubs in Europe are showing interest in Jr., who now plays for Al-Nassr’s younger teams.
